Each shackle is crafted through a quenching and tempering process, utilizing high-quality carbon steel for the bow and alloy steel for the pins, guaranteeing exceptional strength and durability.
Bow shackles, also known as anchor shackles, feature a large, rounded "O" shape, making them versatile for side loading or multi-leg sling connections. The bolt type shackle is a more secure variant, combining a bolt, nut, and cotter pin to provide double safety, preventing accidental loosening of the pin. - Shackles bows are all hot dip galvanized, pins are painted yellow or customized upon request.
- Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26-2004 and RR-C-271D.
- Proof Load is 2 times of the Working Load Limit. Minimum Breaking Load is 6 times of the Working Load Limit.
